To start your business in Luxembourg for most commercial or craft activities you need to receive a right of establishment („Autorisation d’établissement“) which is required by law. The authorisation of establishment is provided by the Middle Class Department („Ministère des Classes Moyennes“) on request.
Companies from foreign countries are also obliged to register their employees with the Trade Supervisory Office („Inspection du Travail et des Mines – ITM“) and to have certain documents held by a temporarily holding person in Luxembourg.
We support you from the filing of application to the acceptance. We can be the temporarily holding person as well being of assistance with any application concerning your needed authorisation of establishment. If necessary we can also help you to apply for your tax and VAT numbers and correspond with the Luxembourg tax authorities.
