Accounting & Balance sheet
Our profession consists primarily in providing high quality accounting services; our long experience and efficiency allow us to meet all your expectations.
In detail, our Accouning Department offers the following services:
A. General Accounting Services
- Booking of the submitted documents; on request, we will collect the documents from the registered office of your company
- Entering your data in the accounting programme in the language of your choice
- Creation and printing of your data – weekly, monthly, quarterly and/or annually (general ledger, accounting journal, etc.)
- Statement of current information on debts and receivables, customers and suppliers of your company on a monthly, quarterly and/or annual basis
- Preparation of cost accounts, also in different currencies
- Preparation of a preliminary balance sheet
- Preparation of the annual financial statements (balance sheet, profit and loss account, statutory annexes)
- Preparation of consolidated financial statements
- Advice and assistance
- Analysis and evaluation of the data
B. Specific Accounting Services
- Translation of the financial statements into one of the three official languages in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg
- Secondment of staff to carry out the accounting at your offices
- Preparation of liquidation reports and acting as liquidator
- Advice on which software is most suitable for your business and your bookkeeping
Completion of small assignments, such as limiting the preparation of the annual financial statements without accounting tasks or year-end bookings - Registration of your financial statements with the Registre de commerce et des sociétés (RCS)
