Management of your company
In order to provide your company with the greatest possible anonymity, we are able, subject to certain reservations and conditions, to provide you with “fiduciary” managers or board of directors for your company. While the actual management is in your hands, you remain invisible to third parties.
We support you in the management of your company as well as in the preparation of all minutes of the management bodies and of the ordinary and extraordinary general meetings, in drafting contracts for e.g. loans, leases, sale and assignment of shares or partnership interests.
We have been working successfully for many years with renowned law firms, both in Luxembourg and internationally, and can refer you to efficient specialists if necessary.
We take care of the preparation of registration applications and the various filings that need to be made with the Trade and Companies Register (Registre de commerce et des sociétés – RCS) and the Register of Beneficial Owners (Registre des bénéficiaires effectifs – RBE).
We carry out a regular review and update of the legal documentation relating to your business operations in order to remain constantly in line with the applicable legal requirements and regulations.
We can also take care of all the day-to-day administrative tasks that a business has to deal with:
- Assisting with business and administrative correspondence,
- Advice on the collection of outstanding debts, administration at the pre-litigation stage;
- Managing bank accounts, monitoring payments; where we have signatory authority over the company’s bank account,we will prepare and execute company payments on your behalf by transfer order.
